Refund and Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy:

Our policy is for exchange only within a maximum of 2 working days from the date of delivery. The following conditions are what apply in order to get an exchange from iZone Trading:

  • The seal on the skin is not open.
  • The package is not damaged in any way.
  • All accessories provided within the package have not been used
  • Original purchase e-receipt is held

Refund Policy:

Refunds are only possible if the product has not been dispatched for delivery. The refund is at the sole discretion of iZone Trading. We reserve the right to deny a refund for any reason as deemed appropriate by the management. If a shipment has been dispatched, a refund is not possible under any circumstances.

In case a refund is authorized, a full refund of the purchase cost (plus VAT) will be refunded to you through the same payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 30 – 45 days for the refund to reflect in your bank (payment method) once the refund has been approved from iZone Trading. Note that depending on the payment method used at the time of purchase, it make take longer to process the refund. No fixed time line is specified. iZone Trading is not liable for any late refunds.
